Our dedicated team at Front Row Property Services have a combined experience of 45 years in letting and managing property, ranging from lettings, portfolio management. We ensure we are up to date with the ever changing tenancy laws and government legislation to provide an outstanding service.
Kate joined Front Row Property Services in 2020, having previously spent over 5 years working within the residential lettings industry in a well known independent Estate Agency group. Kate has used her experience within her time in agency and worked within multiple departments; lettings negotiations, property management and Lettings Manager, ultimately running a small lettings team and a number of different offices.
Her breadth of experience has allowed her to understand not only the rental market, but also the management of properties, landlords, tenants, whilst also ensuring the technical and legal aspects of the industry are upheld. Kate is ARLA Qualified, having recently gained her Property Mark qualification and is a member of ARLA. This has certainly been an Added Value qualification which will enable the company to keep up to date with new developments in legislation, and proactively keeping ahead and implementing any changes that impact our business.
