About Front Row

The Front Row Group is a culmination of 45 years experience within property, ranging from development, lettings, portfolio management and direct landlord.

Initially focused on the HMO market in the East Midlands in 2015, we expanded into developments with our first project, a former doctors surgery converted into 7 residential units.

From here, Front Row Developments was formed in 2018 to enable us to focus on further residential development opportunities. We have since taken on multiple development sites, with a focus on small bespoke new build schemes.

In 2019, we started our own management company for lettings and now offer a bespoke site finding service working with developers to source high quality profitable sites in their area.

Our team have a true passion for property and have the expertise to deliver highly successful projects.
