 Depending on the level of service required, we can either provide a monthly list of potential sites, both on market and off market or fully negotiated deals with detailed development appraisals including costing for building work and finance.

 If sites don’t have planning on them then we will provide a feasibility assessment of number of units achievable and then the best approach to take with the council to achieve the best planning outcome. We provide a realistic overview of what can be achieved on each site, including potential challenges and solutions.

PAID SITE FINDING SERVICE

£100pcm – For this small monthly fee we will meet with you to understand your requirements and areas of interest, and then deliver you the opportunities you’re searching for. This will include off market and on market sites with an initial assessment based on your circumstances. For off-market sites we will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf and pass over the deal at the point solicitors are instructed. A sourcing fee will be payable (partial payment at exchange for subject to planning deals).
